Students are expected to give a 3-minute poster introduction (using PowerPoint®) as well as presenting the poster itself. Details.
Thursday, 16 Feb. 2006 Sightseeing and Cultural Exchange Activities

Visit places of cultural interests together with Korean students. Details to be arranged by Korean hosts. Possible places include DMZ, Korean palaces, Korean folk village.
Friday, 17 Feb. 2006 Student Conference (from 9 a.m. to about 2:00 p.m.)

The Student Conference will be organized and run by both U.S. and Korean students, with the purpose of stimulating scientific discussions on their thesis research. Students are expected to give a 10-minute presentation of their papers at the Student Conference. Ample time will be set aside for discussion. See the Student Program Preparation page for details.

Following the Student Conference, a tour of the Korea Meteorological Administration will be arranged.
Saturday, 18 Feb. 2006 Free Day

Students can go shopping or do more sightseeing on their own. Students may also choose to return to the U.S. on this day.
